the history of
Twin city Christian homes

Pets are welcome at some of the TCCH communitiesTwin City Christian Homes was founded in 1970 by a group of individuals from the Minnesota Baptist Conference who had a vision of building a retirement home to serve older adults in a Christian setting. In 1983, their dream was first realized with the opening of a health care center in Eden Prairie. In the years to follow, TCCH developed and operated a wide range of housing and health care residences for older adults. Following is the history of the senior living communities owned and/or managed by TCCH today.

1990 TCCH began providing management services to the municipal owners of Blaine Courts in Blaine.

1995 TCCH opened an independent living rental community in the Shoreview, Scandia Shores.

1996 TCCH began providing management services to the municipal owners of Mill Pond Gables in Champlin.

1997 TCCH opened an independent living rental community in Minnetonka, WestRidge.
