Our Purpose

The Enduring Gift Endowment Fund provides permanent resources that support Twin City Christian Homes (TCCH) in its mission to provide housing and support services to older adults. The Fund allows opportunities to contribute outright or pledge deferred gifts toward expenses that are not traditionally and historically covered in TCCH’s operating budgets.

Building a Future

TCCH’s Enduring Gift Endowment Fund allows you to extend a valuable ministry to older adults beyond your lifetime. For example, the Fund helps support the Spiritual Care Program that is a part of every TCCH senior community. It helps provide chaplains and supports chapel services, Bible studies, pastoral visiting and counseling, and other spiritual care services. The Fund also supports general needs and aspects of other services not included in operating budgets, such as for the Pastoral Nurse Program, Transportation, Activities and Home Care Services.

Providing A Way

The Fund provides for the future by:

     ►Receiving, investing and professionally managing gifts and contributions so
      that income is available for support services and programs for older adults
      served by TCCH.

     ►Following procedures of responsible preservation of resources that enable
      TCCH to provide proceeds while preserving an endowment for the future.

Leaving a Legacy

You can contribute to the Fund by:

      ►Giving cash gifts

      ►Leaving memorials in honor of family or friends

      ►Giving security gifts

      ►Leaving life insurance with the endowment named as the primary or
      secondary beneficiary

      ►Including the endowment in your will by giving a portion of your       
       residual estate

      ►Designating the endowment as a beneficiary of a trust fund
