"The day I moved into Scandia Shores, people gave me a warm, friendly welcome. We are presented with wonderful entertainment here, plus a wide variety of things to do. Our meals are specially prepared to meet our dietary needs. I appreciate the van because I don't drive. The people care about each other here. They love music and I enjoy entertaining them by playing our grand piano."

"About two years ago we moved into Scandia Shores not really sure of what it would be like after owning our own homes for over seventy years. We were surprised at how easy it was to 'fit in' after all those years of being homeowners and alone. We met lots of wonderful people in the same boat as we were in and felt at home right away. Many wonderful things made our life easier and safer right away. I would say it's the 'perfect place' for two old people like us who want to be active and also be inactive. What more can you ask for?"
